Automatic V-CUT machine also known as Automatic PCB board machine, V slot plate machine, circuit board machine, etc…The traditional methods are manual folding while PCB board in the split process, cause the artificial uneven strength and the force is not consistent, the PCB board was damaged frequently. The Automatic V-CUT machine is a good solution to these problems, high efficiency, high cutting consistency, circuit board edge is very smooth, flat layout, no deformation. The working principle of the Automatic V-CUT machine is firstly transport the PCB board to the designated location by the PCB board elevator, through the roller structure transmission wheel that drove by step motor to transport the PCB into the machine, complete cutting work by roller structure V-CUT knifes. The general requirements of automatic V-CUT machine from the manufacturers: V-CUT knife spindle motor require 6000RPM, 750W (for glass fiber board) ~1200W (for aluminum substrate board) .

Generally a automatic V-CUT machine equipped with 8 sets or 12 sets of brushless motor system. This machine is with 4 knifes or 6 knifes  (one knife using 2sets motor driver system, 8 motors or 12 motors operating all of the knifes,.
