Application of high voltage brushless motor system in industrial automation

Common DC motor, due to the mechanical brush commutation and poor reliability, needs regular maintenance, electromagnetic interference and big noise, brushless DC motor with electronic commutation instead of mechanical commutation, along with the new permanent magnetic materials, the development of microelectronics technology, automatic control technology and power electronics technology,  brushless DC motor has gotten rapid development. it not only keeps the dynamic and static characteristics adjustment of traditional DC brushless,  and also has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and easy to control, it is widely used in military industry, aerospace, medical, information, household appliances, industrial automation and other fields.   

 Most of permanent magnet of DC motor are used high magnetic energy rare earth materials (Nd-Fe-B), the volume of this type brushless motor is smaller than the same capacity of three-phase asynchronous motor. Wide speed regulation, small size, high efficiency and low steady-state speed error . Cause it running under self- control, it is needn’t to plus start winding on the rotator like the synchronous motor under the frequency speed control heavy loading start, it will not lead to oscillation and step mutation under loading changed suddenly.
